Relationship Between Parent Career Behavior with Career Maturity among Syiah Kuala University Students

Career maturity is one of the developmental tasks that students must fulfill as early adults or late adolescents. Good career will affect selection a student life in future. One factors influence parent behavior. Parent behavior parent's parenting style related to child's career. This research uses quantitative methods with correlation approach. The purpose this study was see relationship between and Syiah Kuala University students. Sampling using nonprobability sampling technique quota type total 332 respondents. results showed there positive hypothesis test carried out Spearman Correlation obtained significance value (p)=0.000 (p<0.05) coefficient (r)=0.428. In addition, also most respondents were category moderate
